Tampa, Fla. – February 26, 2013 – On Saturday, March 9, 2013, children battling cancer will make their debuts on the runway as stars of the 10th Annual Veredus Fashion Funds the Cure presented by Neiman Marcus, Mercedes-Benz, and Bright House Networks benefiting the Pediatric Cancer Foundation at the Tampa International Jet Center, Hangar #4.
From 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., guests will enjoy fine wines, delicacies from top area restaurants, and an exclusive fashion show premiering spring’s hottest styles. Joining the children on the runway will be current and former players from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Rays, Tampa Bay Lightning, New York Yankees, and Detroit Lions.
The Pediatric Cancer Foundation is thrilled to welcome back celebrity host Carson Kressley of Dancing with the Stars, Carson Nation, How to Look Good Naked, and Queer Eye for the Straight Guy as he brings laughter and unparalleled entertainment to this special event each year.
