Preparing for Runway Debut with Carson Kressley at 10th Annual Veredus Fashion Funds the Cure presented by Neiman Marcus, Mercedes-Benz, and Bright House Networks
Tampa, Fla. – February 7, 2013 – The Pediatric Cancer Foundation (PCF) will host the ultimate day of pampering for local children battling cancer at Neiman Marcus, International Plaza on Sunday, February 10, 2013, from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Twelve girls and their mothers will be picked up in Mercedes-Benz vehicles and chauffeured to Neiman Marcus. Members of The Junior League of Tampa will greet the girls, who will be treated to manicures, makeovers, lunch, and goodie bags.
This special “Day of Pampering” will also include outfit selections for the girls’ runway debuts at the 10th Annual Veredus Fashion Funds the Cure presented by Neiman Marcus, Mercedes-Benz, and Bright House Networks on Saturday, March 9, 2013. In celebration of the 10th anniversary, the fundraising event benefiting PCF will be held at the Tampa International Jet Center, Hangar #4. Carson Kressley of Dancing with the Stars, Carson Nation, How to Look Good Naked, and Queer Eye for the Straight Guy will bring laughter and unparalleled entertainment as the celebrity host again this year.
In addition to the fashion show, guests of the March 9th event will enjoy hors d’oeuvres from the area’s finest restaurants including 717 South, Carmel Café and Wine Bar, Chocolates by Michelle, Donatello Italian Restaurant, Puff ’n Stuff Catering, and Timpano Chophouse and Martini Bar. Drinks will be provided by Clos du Bois, Constellation Brands, Pepin, and SVEDKA.
The cost of admission to the 10th Annual Veredus Fashion Funds the Cure presented by Neiman Marcus, Mercedes-Benz, and Bright House Networks is $100.
